ABOUT ME

Before having kids, I was a working actress, bouncing between Los Angeles and New York, taking on roles wherever the industry led me. But motherhood reshaped my path, and for the past decade, I have been a stay-at-home mother, raising my two kids, endlessly inspired by the comedic flair that everyday life brings. During that time, my proverbial kitchen (and bathroom) became my oasis, refuge, and stage.

Over the past few years, I have dipped my toe back into the Hollywood game, taking on a few roles in independent films, which confirmed how much I missed playing. But, in doing so, I recognized where my true creative fulfillment lies: telling specific, meaningful stories that inspire me and not just being an actor for hire.

So, I began to write my own TV and film projects inspired by being a woman of a certain age; navigating the comedy and chaos of perimenopause has only made storytelling that much richer. Because let’s face it—this phase of life is far more interesting than playing yet another ingénue.

I believe in the power of storytelling—the way it connects and gets us through the hardest of times. And, if we can laugh at ourselves, we stand a real chance—not just of aging gracefully but getting through the damn thing called life.
